I've just discovered I'm really bad at writing about myself.

Recently got back to sunny London from a little while living in Melbourne and travelling around Australia.

I often wander around with my camera, trying to find my way in to boarded up buildings, I think there's a beauty in abandoned places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Whenever I go anywhere, I want a locals guide. I do what I can to avoid getting caught up in the tourist spots too much. I feel like it takes months or years of exploring to really know a place, and couchsurfing is the ideal way to meet like minded people interested in learning about other cultures and share experiences.

Interests

I love food and I love cooking, any food you can introduce me to would be lovely. I also really like walking through both cities and nature, a balance of the two is important to me.

I like museums, especially if they're somewhat morbid, anything about serial killers will interest me..

Also a big fan of live music and stand up comedy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all genre's of music, ranging from hip hop to punk to reggae.

I've not seen all the movies that everybody has supposedly seen, I don't really watch many movies, so feel free to introduce me to any you feel like I should watch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked (with the very occasional hitchhiking success) 1000km from Brisbane to Sydney, stopping in various places along the way.
