I'm originally from the UK and grew up in the countryside near Bath and Bristol. I lived in Thailand for 4 years as a teacher and working online. I'm currently traveling in Europe.

I've been on the spiritual path for a long time and am a seasoned practitioner of yoga and meditation. I run shamanic journeys and cacao ceremonies.

I studied literature and am an avid reader. I've also seen lots of movies, including the entire imbd top 250.

Some of my favorite books are On the Road, Lolita, Captain Corelli's Mandolin and Madame Bovary.
