About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live a joyful life!

ABOUT ME

I'm a very happy person. I am very optimistic - I always try to look at things on the brighter side.

I love having friends from all over the world. I am very interested in learning how other people live in other parts of the world.

I may tend to be a little shy in the beginning, but once I get comfortable, I can talk about anything to anyone.

I'm a late bloomer. It's just recently that I got bitten by the travel bug. Now, I'm always thinking of traveling.

PHILOSOPHY

* Live life to the fullest.
* Live your best life now!
* In everything, give thanks.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to show people around my city. If I am in Manila, I can drive CS members around the city and bring them to beautiful places in Manila and let them try the different Filipino delicacies.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Jan 2011 (Hong Kong): A fellow CouchSurfer, Alex Yiu, toured me around Hong Kong for 2 days/Had dinner with 6 other CS members at a Noodle House in Central/ Attended CS Hong Kong gathering #48

Feb 2011 (Singapore): Me and my family (all 7 of us) got invited by fellow Couchsurfer, Hong Xin Teo, to have a CNY dinner at their house. He and his GF, May, showed us around the city after dinner.

Nov 2012 (Ho Chi Minh): Every afternoon during my stay in HCMC, a local friend would show me around Saigon on a motorbike. Saigon is my kind of place - great food, beautiful city and very warm people. I will definitely go back! :)
