I'm not sure I really have a philosophy yet. I try to live my life being as kind as possible to the people around me and the earth that holds us.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met with people in Dublin, Chicago, Lisbon, Durban and Malaga and stayed with people Berlin, Capetown, Montreal and Budapest as well as maaaany couchsurfing "meetings" :D

Interests

I'm interested in DIY culture, painting, drawing, sewing, cooking, gardening...among others. Music is a fairly large part of my life and at the moment I'm trying to learn to play the banjo. Playing pool is also one of my favorite pass times

Music, Movies, and Books

electro, irish folk/punk, ska, motown, reggae, bluegrass, hip-hop, jam bands , surfer/stoner rock , jazz, FUNK..... I like any music that can make you dance and I have a soft spot for sweet love songs. I like to fill my summers with as many music festivals as possible. I also grew up in a town with a large punk influence so I enjoy a good circle pit :)
...as for movies and books, I mostly enjoy cult classics, dystopias, sci-fi, history and docu-dramas. I'm currently reading the Captive Mind by Czeslaw Milosz and the last movie I watched was the Boondock Saints

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked the East Coast Trails in Newfoundland, found a fresh water spring during a hike in Cuba, participated in a demonstration with over 10,000 people, ECECTRIC FOREST FEST, scuba diving in South Africa...was just metres away from a wild giraffe!

I don't know how much or what I could tech you but there are many things I want to learn! I ALWAYS want to learn new types of dancing and I enjoy learning to cook new foods. As for sharing, I will share whatever I can
