About Me
ABOUT ME
18. may 2015 I started a Philanthropic pilgrimage on foot, from Denmark to Tanzania.
After reaching Nigeria I was deported in 2019 and spent some years home in Denmark.
In May 2023 I am continuing my journey from Cameroon, and continues walking down through the African continent to D.R.Congo.
The journey is now on a hold again, due to the political situation in Congo.
I am planning to continue my journey in april 2026, hopefully ending up in Tanzania on the East coast at some point.
The purpose is to raise attention on the global water crisis and funds for the NGO “Walking for Water” facilitating public water services in deprived African communities. So far Walking for Water has been raising funds for 84 public boreholes across Africa, securing clean water for more than 50.000 people.
I usually spend some time stationary in each country, to make administrative work and tourist the country a bit.
While waiting for the journey to continue I’m travelling south east Asia with my girlfriend Julie. We’ve mainly been staying in Bali in 2025.
