ABOUT ME

I'm 25, I'm living since 2 years in a small organic and buddhist community called HArmony's House ! I think it tell a bit about me, about my values, my hopes and where i want to go... We're trying to create a place of peace, a way of leaving full of respect with Life, the life around us, and the life inside us !

Before i arrived there, i had studied social work and then had working in a social and organic garden. At this time, i was doing theater, circus, music, i needed to express my self and to get to know me, i was searching something... So i went travelling, thought Africa, rainbow, yoga places, and i arrived to harmony's House!

I may be more wise than i used to be (even if i still love joy, laughing, running and jumping) but one thing is sure, i'm happy know, I've got faith!

Being invited and discover the local culture trought a friend experience is great ! In my travels, i can see how different it has been when someone could help me to "get in". I could touch realities of the people, meet beautiful persons and understand better their world. In exchange, i only can offer who i am, with my simplicity and experiences.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

The sound of life,
The view of beauty,
nothing is deeper!

I listen and do french music (Les ogres de barback, la rue ketanou, les Tetes raides...)and i also listen to different styles : trip-hop (Thievery corp.), reggae (Groundation), local and cultural music (i love African music!)...
About movie, for sure, i like the "small" ones, where people are learning about themselves, like Agnes Jaoui's french movie (Un air de famille...) or Zabou Breitman (Se souvenir des belles choses, L'Homme de sa vie)
For books, two of my favorite ones are "Siddartha" from Herman Hesse and "The stranger" from Albert Camus. But for now i read more spirituality books as Swami Vivekananda, Chogyam Trungpa, Arnaud Desjardins, Thich Nhat Hanh...

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I did a parachute jump when i was 18 ! I don't think i'll do it again now!
Travelling alone in Africa for 7 month, ...
I like to hitchhike, being into life's hands
I used to like to to play music into the street and to see people reactions,
Experiment roots life experience (living without electricity, with only spring water, with the rythm of the sun and moon...)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Brother, sister, if you want to we could do some yoga and meditation together,
cook some healthy food, making bread, yogurt, sprouds,
play and sing together,
talk about what's on our mind and how we want to realise our life.
If we cannot change the world, we can change our, fullfilling our hearts with hopes and love!
