I'm a 23yo woman, born in France and raised in Gabon, Nigeria, Morrocco and France. I'm open minded, not oversocial but friendly and positive. I came to CS as a challenge to have more trust in life and not plan everything in advance when I travel. Never looked back :)
I studied computer science and after the master decided to quit. I haven't really settled on a new career yet, taking things as they come :) . I've travelled in South America for 5months then decided to work as a waitress to have a nice life. I use the free time to dance more, do more yoga, take more photos, draw more, enjoy more, appreciate more, meditate more, explore more, go watch sunrise...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always try to interact with locals when i travel, be it for a suggestion of a spot or thing to do, their own opinion about their culture and country... So I'm here for that, and the meetup groups. And I would like to welcome travelers to continue the exchange when I settle down somewhere.

Interests

ENG:: I like to draw and write as a way of taking notes and share what I experience. I also love dancing, I know a bit of salsa and tried tango in Buenos Aires :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like "a little of everything": at this moment I'm more into electrowing (parov stelar, jamie berry, caro emerald remixes...) rock, pop, soul... anything you can that doesnt scream in your ears is welcome.
Movies: Huge Miyazaki fan; genreally more into comedies, suspense/action but not thrillers... no experimental/author movies
Series: sense8, the big bang theory, sherlock, new girl, gossip girl...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going backpacking in China (Beijing/PingYao/Xian/Shanghai + its region) and making my way in chinese was a great challenge and beautiful experience.
Setting off to south america after graduation, going NorthEast of Brazil with a great friend and then traveling without a plan. I ended up exploring Argentina + Chile with CS and using Workaway was a blast - I stayed a month in a gorgeous natural reserve near Puerto Madryn one month in a garden project in the lake region, 10days in Rio helping on a cruiseship.

Teach, Learn, Share

I LOVE cooking+eating <3 (french cuisine, local and other).
I can help you with languages, some code if you want. I can share some basic ice skating, photography editing and DSLR use.
I like to share: travel stories, life experiences and philosophy, karaoke/dance nights.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A positive attitude towards life and a witty sense of humor ;p
As I said Im not over social: I like to share, but I also need my own time sometimes no offense ;).
That said, I loved when host shared some free time with me, i have great memories of tango learning in Argentina, going hiking, camping...
If you dont have time, i can handle myself ;) So I welcome the time you have :)
