French au pair in Connecticut since June 2015.
I graduated from college, I have my Psychology Bachelor degree. I’m planning on doing my masters when I’ll return in France to become a developmental psychologist for children and teenagers. I have lots of experience with them babysitting, day care and I even coached a youth cheerleading team in Connecticut for two seasons ( with my hosts kids in it ).
I decided after my Bachelor that I wanted fresh air, adventure and get better with my english so I became an pair. I choose United-States because I really wanted to go see what was on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At the end of my two years au pair adventure, I'm traveling for a month within the States. I would like to see as much as I can !

Interests

Cheerleading is my passion, I did circus and gymnastics when I was a teenager and discovered cheerleading in high school ( it is not a very popular sport in France ). I created my own association and team in Toulouse.
I like to bake either French or American. I also like vegan and healthy recipes.
Clean eating and being careful to my health is important for me. I'm going to the gym, doing pilates and yoga.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm enrolled in a french online class to do an extra degree about autism spectrum disorder. I’m doing my internship in an American primary school with a special education teacher.

I like to meet new people, share stories and learn from them.
