Hi everyone !

To be honest with you, I don't really like talking about me and I am not very good at it but I'm gonna try for you ;)

First of all, my name is Charlotte, I'm 29 (no, I'm not 30 yet!) and I have a degree in English literature and civilization. I am an English teacher in a secondary school in the North of France.

About me and what I love, I think that I could seem a bit shy at first and I'm very sensitive but I also love to discover other cultures, countries, and ways of life. I'm very curious and that is why I love to travel and would do it all the time if I could! I read a lot, I try to do it as much as I can but it is sometimes hard to find enough time for it. I also love cinema and I played the violin when I had spare time but unfortunately, I don't anymore... Oh and also, I'm a bit childish, I love Disney (who doesn't like Disney ?!), Mickey, Belle and Mulan are part of my life :)

I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of things here but I will let a little bit of suspense so that you can discover me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I have just told it before, I'd travel all the time if I could so I love the idea of couchsurfing because it enables you to travel a lot and to discover people, make friends, share and I find it great ! To me, the discovery of a country can only be achieved through the discovery of its population !

Music: Muse, Red Hot, Daft Punk, Shaka Ponk (French one, less known but good one), Black Keys, Anime OSTs, classical music, French rap...

Movies: Star Wars, Lord of the Ring, Harry Potter, Disney movies, V for Vendetta, Looper, A Clockwork Orange...

Books: Wuthering Heighs, The Handmaid's Tale, The Great Gatsby, Molière's plays, 1984, Nous Autres, Animal's Farm, Alice's adventures in Wonderland, Dickens and the Brontë sisters in general...

I must forget many many things but I found it quite hard to make an exhaustive list like that !

What I Can Share with Hosts

I consider myself a nice girl, very polite and respectful so I could spend good moments with my hosts but I also want to share a lot, tell them about my country so they can tell me about theirs and even about the different countries I have visited, we could spend very nice evenings!
