ABOUT ME

My name is Olivia, I'm 26 years old Danish girl. I grew up in Ã…rhus, Denmark but moved to Florence, Italy when I was 19 years old where I worked in some fashion clothing stores, - Just trying to learn the language and make some money. So I did! Then I met my boyfriend Marcus after a summer trip to the US. Never thought that I would be a US girl, but I loved New York - of course - and a trip to North Carolina made me feel like coming back and that's when I met Marcus in January 2007!
So now I live here in Chapel Hill with Marcus while he finish his PhD at UNC. The beginning of 2009 we'll move to a bigger city - hopefully being able to find jobs for the both of us.

About us: We both LOVE music - We go to as many concerts as possible. We went to Bonnaroo for the first time this year and we are for sure going back next year! We love traveling and seeing new places, - as soon as we have one day off it's out there to see the world. Marcus went with me to Europe last summer and he's showing me around in the US cause he's been pretty much everywhere. We both would like to go and experience South America, - And who doesn't want to go to Asia or Africa!! Lucky me that I'm still pretty young. We like camping and hiking/walking and North Carolina is full of amazing nature and I can't wait to see more of America. And when my Visa allow me it would love to see Canada and Mexico.

Marcus loves playing music and is kind of a computer nerd, just love all these technical and electronic things!

I love cooking, thrift store shopping and after arriving in the US I've become pretty much addicted to eBay! But I do think that love for shopping just comes naturally when you have work in fashion for about 5 years. Laughing...
