I'm Charlotte, 24 years old and originally from Germany. I once was stuck in a small town in Australia with all hostels being booked out, so preventing a little nervous break down I signed in onto couch surfing and realised I’ve missed out on soo much.

I moved into a really small apartment and my flat mates and I haven’t got a spare room (just yet) So unfortunately I can’t offer any accomodation at the moment. (Updated: Jan 2020)

In my opinion couch surfing isn’t just about saving money while travelling it’s all about meeting the locals and getting to know everything that’s not advertised in some travel Center. Made me feel really blessed.

About myself, I can say I'm really open minded, and laid-back. Im friendly and always doing my best to help people as much as I can.

I guess my favourite part of travelling is meeting new people and exchanging life stories and experiences.

I'm always open for a good party, but also enjoy calm nights with relaxed people. The balance is key.

Couch surfing is pretty new for me, so I haven't got a lot of references so far.

Music: I’m loving a good little singer-songwriter gig.
Movies: I’m more of a Netflix series type of person. German TV sucks so I got rid of my tv at home. I’m not spending that much time on series or movies so there’s not actually any favourites or something.

Books: thrillers. I’m a big Simon Beckett fan.
