ABOUT ME

I'm a 22 year old recent college graduate who is doing some traveling in Europe before joining the real world and getting a full time job. I studied Anthropology and Public Health in college, but I have no clue if I want to pursue either of those majors as a career.

I'm friendly, caring, and love to help others. I can be shy in big groups, but while traveling I tend to be pretty outgoing. I'm most open minded when in new places so I'm really looking forward to trying new things when traveling!

I recently got into rock climbing and hiking and am looking forward to doing some of those activities while traveling. I love learning about cultures. I'm not so much into museums but I really like exploring cities by wandering around and getting lost and people watching. My favorite way to absorb culture is by doing what locals do, rather than spending all of my time doing touristy things (though I make sure to embrace my role as a tourist for at least 1 day). I also love dancing and am looking forward to experiencing European nightlife.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never couch surfed before, but I'm excited to start! I'm traveling with my boyfriend, Adam, and we are not just looking for a place to crash at. We are looking to make friends and for people to explore with. If you are the kind of host who likes to spend time with their guests and show them around town then we should definitely talk. :)

I got to participate in a culture show in Thailand. That was pretty awesome. I also pet tigers in Thailand, which is something I will never forget.
