I am born and raised in Brussels, a city I love in all its beauty and chaos. I just graduated in Political Science and I now want to spend time on learning about our world in other ways than through univerisity. I've been an active volunteer in a youth organisation in Belgium (www.youca.be) and Europe (www.same-network.org) for years now and have made many friends all over the world through that. I love visiting those friends abroad and equally love having the world at home. I will be visiting friends in South America who have their own youth projects in their communities, and I would like to see some more of the nature, culture and peoples of this continent.

I am an easy-going girl, curious and critical. I love travelling and learning from other people and places. While travelling, I want to get to know people's story, what they are passionate about and how they make small change happen. I am clean myself, but don't mind some chaos from others. I love a cosy cooking night, a drink and some music, sporty mornings and some dancing at any moment of the day or night.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have often "surfed" on the couch of friends abroad and they've done the same at my place. I want to do this more often while travelling and also when I don't know the owner of the couch yet. ;) I believe it is interesting to get to know cities and people through more personal connections. I think it is a good alternative to commercial travelling.
