I am a fun, happy, bubbly person who thrives to seek out adventure and wants to make the best of my journey. I am a strong young woman who is easy going and I love meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and exploring other countries. I have been backpacking around Canada since 2013 and have loved every second of it! I have the travel bug in a serious way and Im in no rush to stop yet!

I however cannot host anyone at this time.

Interests

I really enjoy skiing, shopping, cooking, water sports, outdoor activities and I like collecting new coins ... they don't always stay in my pocket for very long but I do love the thrill of finding them.

I love my family, socialising with people, especially finding new friends. I love to try and push myself into doing fun and exciting things, sometimes it ends up being a good thing, other times not so much, but that's something I am willing to learn.

I love music (Triple J all the way!), movies and tv shows. On my down time I really enjoy sitting back and watching an old favourite.

I LOVE food - it doesnt matter where its from or what part of the globe its from I will eat it. I find a great satisfaction in try new food, some exotic flavour I've never experienced before. Craziest thing I've eaten to date is raw horse meat, but I have had a taste of crocodile, emu, kangaroo and durian ( it was a unique flavour!).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2013 I hiked up Sulphur Mountain, in Banff Alberta. It was negative 5 outside and it was a 5.5km hike with a 655m elevation, It was the most intense hike for an extremely unfit me to do. I honestly didn't think I was going to make it to the top, but I did it and made it in time for a spectacular sunset.

Not only did I see the small town I was living in but all the great mountains within the national park. I especially enjoyed watching the sunset in between these mountains, as the light hit them ever so lightly causing a spectacular display of how beautiful the park really is.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to laugh. I believe that everyone should have laughter in their lives. I dont mind embarrassing myself and I love to make a good dad joke.

I also love to cook so I'd be happy to share a recipe or make a meal.

And if all that fails you can never go wrong with a hug :)
