Hi there. I'm an outgoing girl from Belgium. Born and raised in Ostend, a small seaside town at the Belgian coast. I'm easy to get along with! I found out there's more in life than passing the days from 9 to 5 behind a desk. So I decided to quit my job, book a one-way flight ticket and go traveling.

I lived with a host family in Bolivia for one year. And meanwhile I met some lovely hosts while discovering Australia!

I enjoy the small things that make a big difference in my daily life. As in exploring new places, the sound of snow crunching under my feet, bike racing, staying at the camp site, having a beer with friends, swimming, snowboarding followed by ending up in an après-ski bar, smiling faces, the sound of the sea, getting lost in the music, laying back with the sun shining on my face, strolling the snow coverd beach in wintertime, randomly snapping shots with my camera, spending time with my family.

I appreciate most types of music, depends on the moment. I like to dance the night away, but also to lay in the couch with my headphones on. I'm not much of a book reader, I prefer a good movie instead!

I had an amazing year in Bolivia, too much to summarize! Crossed the salt lake of Uyuni by jeep, explored the silver mines of Potosi, strolled down the Witches' Market of La Paz,.. - The same goes for Argentina. Floated next to the waterfalls of Iguazu, went snowboarding in Bariloche, wine tasting in Mendoza, spotted whales in the South Atlantic Ocean,.. - And so for South Africa, where we crossed the Kruger National Park while spotting the Big Five.
