Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed around Europe a couple of times now, once with a campervan and boyfriend in tow. I have stayed with an incredibly interesting, generous and diverse range of people along the way who have been more than happy to impart their local wisdom, something I am very grateful for.

I have hosted a couple of people in Hawaii,they were both very positive experiences with friendly people.

To me couchsurfing is the only way to get an authentic feel of a place, through the eyes of a local, and a great way to reach out to locals as well as getting the insider low down, skip the tourist traps...the best way to travel.
