I am interested in social justice. I have compassion for the unloved, forgotten and lost. No matter where I am or what I am doing, I want others to know that they are cared about. Peace,kindness, servant hood and joy are virtues I make my best attempt to live out everyday with every person I meet. My faith and trust are in my awesome God's hands.

Interessi

Exploring new areas (in nature and the city), bike riding, rollerblading, snorkeling (new hobby after being in paradise in Honduras), playing tennis with my fiance (something new we are both learning), journaling, reading, and thought provoking discussions.

Musica, film e libri

Folk is probably my favorite music, although my tastes do seem to change often.

As far as books, I would say "Irresistible Revolution" and "Politically Correct Bedtime Stories" (1st edition) are my top two favorites.

1.Getting hugs at the end of the school year from over 300 of my Chinese students! (2013)
2. Watching the sunset in a hot air balloon in Thailand. (2016)
