Not sure how to describe myself to be honest, I am quite reserved and polite, I like people, nature and impressive things. One of the most enjoyable things in life is learning about other people's lives.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am cycling to Istanbul from England, camping and wildcamping. However I like the sound of couch surfing as a community orientated method of organising shelter and good times.

My default routine has been living off supermarket food with an occasional restaurant meal and cake and coffee, wildcamping or asking homeowners whether I can sleep in their garden, it is rather lonely and I don't feel I am experiencing the culture. I am loving couchsurfing, because people share with you their perspectives and culture. Couch surfing is fantastic.

I used to be a massive rock fan, slipknot, Rammstein etc. But I moved on to random YouTube music, I really have a broad range of music I listen to and couldn't fit it into one genre. I love the group's electric youth and ghost.

I have only just started reading books but have really enjoyed them, the stranger by Albert Camus, cutting for stone, a Stephen king novel about rats haunting a man who killed his wife, of mice and men, currently reading David Copperfield by Charles Dickens. One thing that I have noticed is that authors have a very good understanding of philosophy and psychology.

I like independent random films, the host, old man, mic Mac's. I also like Disney films, tarantino and Guillermo del Toro.

I have watched a lot of anime, bleach, hunter X Hunter, one piece. I like relaxed kids(with subtle adult jokes) cartoons, adventure time, Stephen universe. I binge watch Netflix series.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Every part of this journey, I cannot believe I have cycled here from England, it makes the world seem so small. One of the funniest and difficult things was when I decided to carry on cycling down a hiking path and had to carry my equipment and bike over very difficult rocky terrain turning 7km into a gruelling 2 hour challenge. I am glad to have experienced it but I will trust Google maps less in the future.

Could teach chemistry if interested but it's pretty boring, programming in C++ I could do too. I could make meringues, cakes, pastry.
