Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is Charm and I'm from Iligan City, the city of waterfalls. I'm a twenty-something registered nurse but I never got around to doing my profession because I realized it's not really for me. I'm typically quiet, shy and girly but I love going on adventures, going to places I've never been before and experiencing different culture. When traveling, I make sure to try out yummy foods because I'm a big food lover. Other than that, I'm a bookworm, a writer, and I fancy fashion, makeup, and all that girl stuff.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The first time I tried Couchsurfing was a very amazing experience. I never thought that someone could lend a space to stay in, let alone to a stranger! I think the Couchsurfing community restores faith in humanity. It teaches people to uphold integrity, honesty, generosity and even fun & adventure. I want to be part of that community. I want to meet new people and experience what it's like to live in a home in another place or country. I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to be a living proof that honest and good people still exists and we can still live together in unity without hurting each other. Moreover, I'm on couchsurfing because I plan to go to as many places as I can go. :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I have no specific music genre preference. Anything that I find cool or melody catchy, I like it (talking about Justine Bieber's new songs though! Admit it, you like me too, hahah). On movies, I prefer chick flicks, superhero, indie and those strange ones like Series of Unfortunate Events or Me, Early and a Dying Girl...not the usual movies. As for books, I like reading all sorts but more on Christian-authored books and chick novels.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So far, the one amazing thing I've done is my Singapore trip with my sister. I haven't been much in abroad and that was our first time we went there by ourselves. No tour guide, no GPS. Just the plain old paper city maps. It was really cool because we didn't get lost. We also stayed at Resorts World Sentosa and it was pretty expensive there! But we loved it so
What I Can Share with Hosts
We have a living room with two couches. But since I live with my family, I can only accommodate one or two, preferably females, or one male, one female. (sorry, my mom's kinda strict, I will have to ask permission as well). Anyway, our couches are super comfy so it'll be worth it.
