I love traveling and meeting people from all over the world to share and learn. I welcome any discussion; no topics off limits. My goal is to see & learn about as many places in the world as possible.

ABOUT ME

I am a real Jamerican! I was born in Jamaica and lived there until age 16. I am currently living in Los Angeles via several other places. As much as I am accustomed to and grateful for life in the US, I still maintain my love for my island home and I return as often as I can. I feel most like myself when traveling and away from the so called “normal life”. Lately I have given way to my desire to travel and I have put on hold my practical and rational mind, now instead of working and travelling when I can, I travel and work when I truly have to. What can I say? Life is not meant to be a struggle!

PHILOSOPHY

Truly life is not about "one day" or "some-day" but rather it is about today. So go for it! Live a full life every day. Decide what makes you happy and do it. For most of us who cares about our friends and family we often live our lives and make decisions based on what is best for them, but who does it really serve? COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I know several people who host as well as use surf while traveling and they all only have positive things to say. It seems a good way to travel. So far so good in my experience.

Traveling to places and spending time with people who do not speak or understand your language and watching you and them formulate some kind of sign language that you both can understand. Parasailing and rafting in Jamaica at sunset. Jumping in the ice cold water from a yacht in Vancouver. Having squirrels eating bread from my mouth along the California coast.

I can teach english. I would like to improve my spanish and learn french and Italian. I am also open to learning anything new or improve on things I already know.
