ABOUT ME

Some of my favourite things in life include mountain adventures, ocean adventures, river adventures, bike adventures, tent-life, hut-life, powder days, crafty beer, culinary experiments, and good times with good friends.

Friendly, easy-going, adventurous and open-minded...never a bad time! I live in a small town in the mountains in British Columbia, Canada. It's a beautiful place and perfect for anyone who is interested in outdoor adventures any time of the year!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted for CS in the past, and I have also made use of CS while travelling. What an amazing way for travelers and locals to connect, so far so good!

Unfortunately the place I'm renting right now does not have the ideal setup for couchsurfing, but I am always open to meeting up with out-of-town visitors and recommending places to go for different outdoor activities in the area.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had the opportunity to meet some great people, and spend time learning about new places through the lens of a local (and not a tourist brochure!).

Interessen

In the summer I spend most of my free time mountain biking on the amazing trails right at my front door, as well as paddling on my SUP. In the winter you will find me in the mountains during my free time and my work time. I love backcountry skiing and exploring the beautiful mountains that I'm lucky to live right beside.

Aside from my outdoor interests, I'm a kitchen/cooking/food fanatic. I love trying out new recipes in my kitchen as much as I love to check out new cuisines and cold beers.
