About Me

CURRENT MISSION:
After traveling Asia for a year with my fiancee, we have settled down in Austin Texas to make some more money and daydream about more travel. To keep the travel fire alive, I have started a blog to document all the world and regional food I've learned to cook over the last few years. My mission now is to meet new people from all over the globe and get a "taste" of the culture they grew up in. If you like to cook and have a regional specialty to share, please hit me up!

ABOUT ME:
I'm a nice, homegrown California guy. I enjoy the outdoors, sports, food, exploring and learning new languages. I love to experience new personalities and cultures.

PHILOSOPHY:
Do what you love, no matter the consequences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING:
I wish to create a global network of multicultural acquaintances who I can keep in contact with my whole life. I've hosted a couple times, and surfed a couple times, but mostly I've just met with local CSers wherever I visit. I'd like to try surfing again at some point during this trip.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:
I was lucky to have best first surf ever!! I was hosted by a CS guru in Cologne, Germany and it was quite an enlightening experience
