I am an easygoing guy that can make friends with just about anybody. I have discovered that the best part about traveling is the gift of meeting so many different people and that is what has driven me to Couchsurfing.
I am a very active person, always looking for a new adventure. At home, I play a lot of sports like ultimate frisbee, tennis, basketball, golf, and others, but my favorite sport is lacrosse. I am the captain of my university team and I have been playing since I was 9 years old, I would love to tell you more about it! Besides sports, I love exploring the outdoors: fishing, backpacking, waterskiing, biking, and hiking in the summer and downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in the winter.
I have a passion for water engineering and love getting inspiration from the environment around me. I want to deconstruct unused dams and restore the ecology and environment around it to its previous state.
I'm not an extrovert, but I love meeting people one on one and having quality conversations. Some of the most influential moments in my life have been during a conversation in a comfortable place with just one other person, so I hope to continue that trend!
I can sleep pretty much anywhere, I really don't mind whatever kind of sleeping arrangements you have for me, really. I hate sitting around while other people are working, so if you are doing some work around your house, I would love to help. I am not that good of a cook, but I love learning and know my way around a kitchen, so if you would like to make a quality meal together I am great at being your assistant.

I have learned that the best part about traveling is the amazing people that you meet. I am continually amazed by the genuine kindness of people around the world, regardless of the country they are from. I hope to bless people that I meet and hopefully make some new lifelong friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't read a lot these days while being busy with university, but I always enjoy a good story
I like movies that make you think and leave you wanting to see the movie again because it was such an intricate plot like Inception, A Beautiful Mind, Shawshank Redemption, etc.
I will listen to any music that is upbeat and has a good vibe to it
