About Me

I grew up in Florida, but I've been backpacking Europe for a year. I've been saying yes to everything short of murder, and that mentality has lead me to the craziest and most rewarding experiences of my life.

Next big move is New Zealand for a year, for now im hanging in Europe till Christmas. I'm stopping in Lyon on my way to L2A. Let's talk about life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

These travels are going to last me three years! During that time I just want to meet new people and further my understanding of the world. When I have a stable home again I hope to give back to the people I meet along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music- every genre has some magic in it
Folk- Paul Simon, Van Morrison.
IDM-Emancipator or Beats Antique
Lately Japanese Jazz has been my thing!!!

Books- I really enjoy fantasy because it lets me totally lose myself in a surreal world. The Passage Trilogy, all the Joe Abercrombie books, Rothfuss, to name a few...

Movies- Older stuff. Weird stuff. Things that make me think. The Graduate, Swiss Army Man, are a few that I've liked recently. I don't watch a ton of movies though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Surfed on 4 continents
Survived 3 weeks of being the pub crawl leader at a party hostel in Kotor
Went solo and for free to Ultra Europe, had a better time than any fest I've gone to with friends
Taught yoga to the founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin. Didn't find out who he was or that he was worth $500 million till after the class.
Roadtripped across the US for 4 months
Travelled Europe for 1 year and counting

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am not a mooch! I am happy to cook for you, clean for you, share my knowledge with you, listen to your problems, give you a hug, call your parents and work things out between you...
Lol, the point is I don't want you to feel like you just let someone stay in your house and shit in your toilet for nothing. I am happy to do whatever is needed to feel like we've given an equivocal exchange.
