About Me

My wife and I enjoy adventuring. I recently graduated and have now began full time employment. During the last few years in school, I have not had the opportunity to do much traveling. However, now that I have a good job I am hoping to finally start seeing the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to not only explore new places but meet new people. I believe that the best part of traveling is making new friends and seeing the sites and culture through the eyes of others.

Interests

Biking, guitar, working out, cooking, eating, rock music, photography, hiking, sight seeing, motorcycles, auto racing, motorsports, anime, video games, and traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music- Papa Roach, Five Finger Death Punch, Nothing More, Offspring, Avenged Sevenfold, Shinedown, Halestorm, Metallica, Slipknot, All That Remains, Disturbed, Bob Marley, and Chinese relaxation music
Movies and television- mostly comedies that aren't too serious as I do not often want to invest large periods of time watching one show
Books- I've only read nursing text books and Harry Potter

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My wife and I played tic-tax-toe underwater while snorkeling with shells we found on the beach in the Dominican Republic.

Teach, Learn, Share

Traveling tips: pack food for the airport, wear sunscreen, and be brave.

I am trying to learn Spanish. In Texas I meet lots of spanish-speaking only families that I work with in the hospitals. So far my wife and the patients have taught me enough Spanish to give adequate nursing care, but I hope to learn Spanish so I can have the opportunity to meet new people and experience more from life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am ready to make friends and possible future travel partners. If you aren't picky I can make a meal for you, although I am by far no chef.

Countries I’ve Visited

Dominican Republic, Mexico, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
