Hey all, my name is Chase. Born and raised in Minnesota, now I'm finally chasing my dream of traveling the world and pursuing a racing car driver career. I'm probably the happiest and most positive person you know. I went to the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities for a couple years, studied abroad at James Cook University - Townsville and lived in Australia for 6 months, I also lived in Monterey, CA for a year to dive into my racing career. After that I moved to Maui and lived in a tent for 3 months on a WWOOFing farm, then in a minivan for another 2 months.

Currently living in a minivan that I converted into a home. I'm taking some time off and exploring Orlando before starting a new job, which will involve traveling a lot.

I'm on couch surfing because I like the idea of traveling and exploring different cities while getting a true feel for the people in that area. I also feel this is one of the best ways to interact with other like minded people and experience cultures in a very unique, personal level. I'm noticing that Couchsurfing attracts the most free spirits and people with the most interesting backgrounds.

Intereses

I love traveling and adventure. I'm an entrepreneur so I can race cars in my free time. I like to cook and try new things, especially food. I am very into eating clean and personal fitness. I love any and all sports. I believe that we need very little in order to be happy. My favorite things to do are trying new foods (especially spicy things and delicious beer/wine), hiking, driving, and going to raves.

Above & Beyond, trance in general. Anything upbeat and positive is what I'll usually add to my Spotify playlists, however I enjoy just about every genre. Been really into classical lately, like Stravinsky.

I absolutely love books by Tim Ferriss and his podcast. I mostly read books about personal development and spirituality, however I've just started reading more books about travel.

I LOVE movies. I like most genres, especially sci-fi, but I really appreciate quality cinematography and directing in general.

I've taught myself a lot about nutrition and wellness over the past couple years and I love sharing the information with others. I have also begun a journey of personal development a couple years back that has given me a very positive and determined mindset. I love helping other people improve themselves in any and all area. I also am sort of a nerd, so if you have any techy issues I can probably help!
