Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After my next trip I will open my couch for visitors. Every trip is better with a local guide and plan return the favor.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am not a movie buff. My all time favorite movie will forever be the 5th Element. When I was young I was a jack kerouac fanatic. I also enjoy kurt vonnegut and other gritty writters who specialize in life journeys. I wish I still followed music as I did back in the day. My top bands are Modest Mouse, Interpol, Broken Social Scene, Beck, The Strokes, The Walkmen, TV on the Radio, The White Stripes, Radiohead....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been fishing in the subways of New York City.

I am a watercolorist and would love to teach anyone interested in sketching and painting. And as always I am interested in learning about the culture of the places I visit.
