About Me

Hey couchsurfers! At the moment I am doing a 2 week roadtrip trough Austria with my brother :) I am a 22 year young women and currently living in the lovely town of Jena in Germany. Since 2015 I am studying nutritional science to learn what happens in the cells after eating a meal. My goal with this to fight against the modern diseases, because I believe that our food has so much influence on our health. And 'nothing tastes better than healthy feels!'

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of couchsurfing. After watching a tv documentary about it a few years ago I just had to try it. I had so many good experiences and it's so much more fun and different than staying in a hostel.

Interests

I love to meet new people and experience and learn all kinds of new new things.
Another big interest of me is doing sports (jogging, yoga, swimming, dance) and to cook (a lot of veggies haha) and of course to travel!
My favourite thing to do when I need to free my mind from whatever is to go into nature. One of my favourite quotes ever is this one: 'Into the forest I go to loose my mind and find my soul'!
One of my big future plans is to learn how to grow my own food and live a sustainable life!
and become really good at hula hooping and learn more and more about nutrition :) i just love food as you may noticed haha

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I hitchhiked all the way from Germany to Portugal with my best friend to go to boom festival. This trip was so adventerous´and I drove with a big truck the first time in my life! Another thing: After school my and a friend went on one year road trip through south europe, where we did a lot of voluntary work. I am so grateful that I got the opportunity to do this. I can't put it into words, it was just so mind opening and helped me so much to become and trust myself. During this year I did so many things I never did before, visited incredible places and met even more incredible people and made friends for my life. I am sure if you meet me I will tell at least one thing that happened during this year. Oh and I skydived to see my hometown while the sun was setting :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to cook amazing vegan meals or some hula hoop tricks (but I am not always travelling with my hoop).
