Über mich
CURRENT MISSION
To play music, seek different perspectives on life and help empower people to change the world!
ABOUT ME
For those of you who don't like to read, this short music video ought to give you an idea of the kind of person I am: http://youtu.be/tSTFfKHJg4Y
I play ukulele, make electroswing beats and rhymes about ecological principles, permaculture, fermented cabbage and other things (which probably seems kinda nerdy... and it is... but it's really not as bad as it sounds!)
I grew up in a tin shed among the trees outside Pemberton (tiny country town in southwest Western Australia). I then migrated to Fremantle, where I always seem to put my feet up at the end of a journey, no matter how far I stray.
I spend a lot of time on the road playing music. I am a drummer of kit and strummer of ukulele and am always up for musical adventures among other things!
I've spent the last 8 years or so going wherever the music takes me, touring with various gypsy bands, living in old buses & veggie-oil-powered trucks, hitchhiking around various parts of the world with pirates, fairies and ragamuffins and generally having a good time.
Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I helped out a bit in the early days with CS development stuff and used to be an ambassador (don't think I am officially anymore) but I've since been whisked off on other journeys. Still do what I can to be involved and can't wait to have a good place to host one day when I live somewhere larger than an oversized cardboard box!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In my time as a globetrotting gypsy, I have couch surfed in about 14 countries on 5 continents! Everyone has been more warm, open and purely awesome than I could have ever hoped.
