CURRENT MISSION
Stay in the moment.
ABOUT ME
I always think to myself it's a bit silly to try to describe ourselves to others. We have no perspective! Thus, I am more of an "in-person" person, so I'll let YOU describe me in a reference after we've had some cool couchsurfing experiences together!
PHILOSOPHY
The light is green, so go! Too many people sit on their hands thinking for some reason the light is red, so they unfortunately never do anything they dream of doing. I say the light is green, and I go. I'm a mover...I dream, and then I pursue those dreams. =) "Imaginación mezclado con lo vivido se convierte en realidad." "Imagination mixed with what is lived becomes reality."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At this point I mostly surf and occasionally meet up with surfers in Madrid. Given my shared apartment situation, I can't currently host, but hopefully in the future when I have my own place I will!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Some couch surfers invited me on a daytrip outside of Vienna, Austria and we hiked some canyons to see frozen waterfalls, frozen streams, caves, lakes, and generally beautiful views. So cool!
Late night meaningful conversations over a beer by the fireplace in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Every couchsurfer I've stayed with has left me the key to their place to lock up when I leave--such trust, I love it! =)

Music, Movies, and Books
I generally follow the recommendations of my good friends, and it serves me well. :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I scaled a mountain on horseback in Honduras after not eating for two days to see a series of beautiful hidden waterfalls. A little risk usually pays off. =)
Teach, Learn, Share
Listen to your inner voice and gut instinct, even when it's against all reason. Despite our intellect and the rise and fall of our emotional states, there is a steady "reason" that is perhaps beyond our knowing. Trust it.I can teach you some old American jazz tunes, basic dance steps of all sorts of dance, and maybe a few games? =)Currently I want to learn a new language (I'm thinking Russian?) and learn to play the acoustic guitar.
