I am inspired by people's commitments in building their body shape, so I have my word to stand for Thai people's body transformation and dedicate myself to the project I created named "Takab Man". I've been working on this project alone for two years and I plan to figure out my solution within May 2018, so people could finally create the impact on their lives and people around themselves. Chicken shake is part of my project and it is influenced by people's greatness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2013, I lose 17 kg in 47 days in order to participate men physique competition. It was my first competition. I spent a lot of money, time, effort for it. I let go comfortability and embraced the barrier from my family. I learned to allow people including my parents to be the way they are. After the competition, I learned myself the way i never knew before and my life was changed.
