About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To put my feet in places and my heart in moments my brain would never think of and probably talk me out of.
ABOUT ME
I hate these big open questions where you have to sell yourself to everyone who might read this. Let's do it this way; ask me anything about myself and I will tell you the truth.
PHILOSOPHY
I am generally a very optimistic person and when things seem too dire for optimism, denial has been a very effective survival mechanism for me. I am getting really good at not caring about things that don't matter(to me) and that has freed me up to receive more of those things that really do matter to me (love, connecting with others, being present in the moment, self-expression...).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I currently can't host people as I am staying with family, but I am always happy to help people new to the city find their way around or connect them to good communities and/or events here.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My housemates and I hosted a lot of awesome people from all over in our home in Seattle. I had so many great experiences with my CS guests and the other people in the CS community. This is community in the truest sense of the word and I love being apart of it.
Interests
Psychology, languages, politics, history and culture (I love to learn from people who have been exposed to different ideas and philosophies) dance, really good music. Getting into the world that existed before we came along and cut down trees and built stuff(nature, I'm talking about nature), hiking, biking, rock climbing, sailing, swimming.

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you English(CELTA certified to boot!), Blues and Salsa dancing and basic yoga.
I would like to keep improving my Spanish so I appreciate any opportunities to practice those.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE to learn new dances. I have been learning Salsa and some other Latin dances and I really want to learn Tango, Zouk, Flamenco, Belly Dancing, as well as some sweet hip hop moves.
I am also just happy to learn anything new.
