ABOUT ME

Right about the real me, well!

I've had an interesting life which has grown me into quite a tough little cookie! I live life like there is no tomorrow, making the most of what I have and what I can achieve in the life I have ahead. I enjoy talking about anything and everything (actually I just like talking!!) People say I can be interesting to chat to although I've a habit of bringing humour into the conversation quite often (well too often actually!!!) But I would say I have an even balance of interesting v Cheeky Monkey :-)
I'd love to see more of the world as currently my list of countries visited is abysmal so I guess I'm looking to find places I can go see, along with meeting nice down to earth people to share the stories and experiences with.

Life is way too short, so my only advice is never put off until tomorrow what you can do today!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Feb 08 - Newcastle couch surfing meeting/Edinburgh Freeze - I have never met a group of complete strangers and laughed so much like it!!!!

March 08 - Crammond Island camping trip - Camped with the Edinburgh CS's and had an amazing time!!!

Since then several Edinburgh Rocks trips, Florence invades London and many more silly shananigans

Intereses

I like traveling, writing, reading, playing football (its my favourite sport) playing pool, socialising over a drink or two....! I'm trying to get into photography (more as a hobby) as I love the idea of traveling the world and capture the best moment/scenes on camera.

Música, películas y libros

I enjoy most music but some of my favourites are Snow Patrol, Katie Melua, Nina Simone, Paulo Nutini, Jack Jonhson, U2, Amy Winehouse, Travis, Soul/Jazz..... Anything really apart from heavy dance/trance (I'm afraid I'm never gonna be a "big box little box" kinda girl!)

And given the chance I love going to see a good live band too!

I am happy to pass on to people the skills I have learnt over time on how to deal with "tricky times" of life and I am always happy to learn new things as I firmy believe "You are never too old to learn something new"

Oh and I can teach you how to make a good tradition curry!
