ABOUT ME

I am a Chef by trade. I have traveled extensively Europe especially Germany and Austria. I speak German. I was fortunate enough to work at some five star five-diamond hotels in Amsterdam and in Florida.....I am a fun loving person. I love experiencing new things. I live a very simple life; give me good food, good friends (which are hard to come by) and good beer (German Beer)! I love to go out and shoot some pool or hang out at the beach, doing some fishing, or trying to play golf. Or you can usually catch me cooking for my friends . My philosophy is “this is who I am take it or leave it”, you think I care about what you think of me! I am a huge fan of Johnny Cash.
