About Me
Hi There! I am a creative, artist-type with a penchant for modern design and thrift shops. I have a great job where I get to look at amazing photographs everyday. I'm just turned 30 in November of 2014, and I like to believe I'm still hip (or rather my nephews think I'm cool).
I'm originally from South Florida, and moved to Charlotte, NC for work in 2012. Before this I lived in North Georgia, spent a year in Toronto, two years in Boston, and four years in Jacksonville.
I like cows, but I don’t eat cows. Or pigs, or chickens. I don’t think it is wrong to eat meat. I just don't. But little fishies are fair game! I love fruits. And veggies. Mushrooms are great. Grapes are terrific.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel, but my wallet is not as fond of it. Couch surfing is an economical way for me to see the world and meet amazing people that I would never get a chance to know by staying in a hotel!
Interests
I love books and strongly believe that reading is FUNdamental. My personal library is still growing. I like to make stuff. Ceramics, Printmaking, you name it. I can knit. And I can sew. I like to build things. Design things. Create things.
I love riding my bicycle. And I love to travel. I've been to London. Paris. Israel. Seattle. Vermont. Vancouver. Toronto. And San Francisco. Every state in the South.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Road tripped across the country from Baltimore to LA, up the west coast, then through the Midwest. And spent a summer in DC and three months in Southern California. This world is big. Everything has it's beauty but not everyone sees it. I want to see it all.
