CURRENT MISSION

To actually pause and enjoy what is surrounding me right now. I love to plan and set things into motion, but I also try to make a conscience effort to appreciate what is happening in my life right NOW. It only happens once! =)

ABOUT ME

I enjoy life quite a bit in general, but here are some things that make me tick. :) Travel. Naturally. I've lived abroad twice and they've been some of the best experiences! Thank you to all who were apart of that. I am a musician and an entrepreneur. I am working on a more sustainable fashion line for home decor (particularly duvets), which has been such a fun and amazing development. I love great discussions - people are fascinating, and I find that they do not need to have lived an amazing, complex life for me to be absolutely taken in with how they see the world. My eventual goal is to have traveled to more countries than my age. I'm getting there! ;) I love to ski - I was a ski instructor for 3 years and had such an amazing time in the mountains! I recently picked up paddle boarding, and it is so much fun! Basically, being outside is one of the best things. =) I am also learning some video editing, so if any of you have any tips, I'm all ears!

PHILOSOPHY

Live life like you're going to write a book about it, so that one day, should you choose so, you actually have something to put down.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm willing to help others find a place to stay when I can. I am without a couch to offer, and probably won't have one for a little while yet (at which time, please feel free to come stay with me!!!). Until then, I'd love to meet you and show you around where I live... which is currently Nashville. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with couchsurfers in four countries - Greece, France, Belgium, and Costa Rica.

Get to teach English to some of the best students in the whole wide world. Seriously. I loved my students and still, all these years later, miss them like crazy! I hope you're all well and enjoying your lives as much as you've always deserved. -Miss M.

I can teach you how to... ski, play some basic guitar/piano/flute. I was an English teacher for a year, so I can totally help you with some of those phrasal verbs! ;) ha, I know, I know... you're all so interested! I'm also a pro with a VitaMix!
