ABOUT ME

Chelsea and I have been best friends since high school and we are definitely those type of friends that make joint accounts, but I promise we're a really sweet duo. We just thought this might be easier...

We have both just finished our degrees at the U of C! Chelsea in Development studies with a minor in African studies and I am in Biological Sciences-conservation

We are both really easy-going, fun and love meeting new people. We both have an intense passion to see as much of the world as we can and to meet as many amazing people as possible while doing so!

(against our better judgement, we have separated temporarily- Chelsea is currently living in London, and Meghan is currently living in Canmore!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are just getting started with the whole couch surfing experience, but we have met up with a couple people here in Calgary and in Europe!
Currently niether of us can host, but Meghan has a car and we both would much rather be driving and showing people around the city then studying!

Interessen

If talking about where we are going to travel and planning adventures counts as a hobby, we certainly spend a lot of time doing that.
But we also love being outdoors (camping, hiking etc), eating, reading, learning, conversing, great live music, enjoying a great beer, meeting new people or enjoying a great beer WHILE meeting new people (works either way).

Musik, Filme und Bücher

We consider ourselves to be pretty big music fans, Meghan's favorite band is The Beatles and Chelsea's is Blue Rodeo.
Other Great Music we enjoy: Tallest Man on Earth, James Vincent McMorrow, John Butler, The xx, Head and the Heart, Cat Stevens, Paul Simon, Angus and Julia Stone, Horse Feathers, Radiohead, Fleetwood Mac, Tegan and Sara, Elton John, Florence and the Machine, Patrick Watson, Dan Mangan, Ray LaMontagne, Hey Rosetta!,La Roux ... and the list goes on and on..

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

We have both had the pleasure of doing a lot of amazing things. However, one experience we both shared was getting to work with leatherback sea turtles in Panama, which was absolutely surreal.
Also, Sasquatch Music Festival in Washington. Everyone must go.
