Hey there! I'm from Brisbane Australia and love to travel!! Love meeting new people and sharing stories and getting tips about things to see in the world. I've lived in holland for a year and London for 2 years, three mo the through Africa. I am a very social person and love going out for drinks with friends or live music.

I'm very creative and always have ideas about new inventions, tv programmes, making different documentaries, writing songs, quirky, volunteering ideas, ideas about leaving books everywhere etc especially when I drink too much coffee!!

I'm also involved in volunteer work, having raised over Aus$5000 for free eye care in Sierra Leone and I recently raised £5,500 to build a teachers house for a village in Malawi. I was lucky enough to have lived there in Malawi for a month with no water or power which was the best thing I've ever done. I now fundraise each year for a nursery education program started by my friend while we were there in the village to educate and feed the kindergarten kids

I'm now back in Australia and bought a little loft apartment in the heart of the city and can host most of the time if I’m not travelling for work or play :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people from different cultures getting to know the locals and doing what the locals do while travelling. Couch surfing honestly has made me realise even more how generous and friendly people really are it's an avenue where you get to know s complete stranger that you would never ever meet under normal circumstances from all over the world. (Can you tell I love it!!!)
