Easy-to-please: I'll be ecstatic just to leave Orlando.

Low-maintenance: As long as I have three meals a day and a place to sleep at the end of the day I'm satisfied (plus I'm a small asian girl so I don't take up much space).

Foodie: The weird, the obscure, the interesting is the kind of food I would like to experience. But I'll eat anything you put in front of me.

Independent: I do my own chores and clean up after myself. Give me a map and I can figure it out from there. I'm straightforward with little tolerance for anything less than blunt. I always expect the best, but prepare for the worst.

Bookworm: I discovered new worlds in the pages of my favorite books and would like to make those experiences part of my reality.

Introvert: I love hanging out with a small group of people and trying new things, but it does take a lot of energy to do so. I like spending some alone time in a quiet place to recharge for my next adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm restless of the same old, same old and would like to see what else the world has to offer. I want to meet people I have yet to meet and discover moments that have yet to happen. I know there's more than what meets the eye and I'm excited to know them.

Interests

Playing piano and singing provides a cathartic release for me after a long day.
Thrifting is my favorite past time.
Old things make me happy. Proves that the world isn't intolerable.
Stationery. For some inexplicable reason.
Sketchbooks. I don't sketch enough to fill them all. Also inexplicable.
Books. Sometimes just collecting them is enough. I don't have the time to read as much as I like, but I do my best.

I'll pretty much listen to anything but rap or dupstep. A few favorites are Regina Spektor, Sam Smith, Adele, Indie.

I love movies in general but if I had to pick some to represent me: V for Vendetta, Stardust, A Beautiful Mind

I'm a nerd for books and love to read. Classics like 1984 or contemporary like The Goldfinch. Neil Gaiman is a favorite and I loved The Giver series by Lois Lowry.
