Overview
About Me
I'm a software developer, jazz DJ, coffee aficionado, political-economic junkie, and (of course) travel lover. I studied politics and economics at UC Berkeley (specializing in international relations and trade) and software development with JavaScript and Python at Code Fellows, and I love both!
Always down for a nice stout, an interesting conversation, and a long walk through a cool neighborhood.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling is what makes life interesting, and though it can be tough to do it on a budget, I've also found it to be more rewarding.
Interests
My hobbies include lindy hop (swing dance), baking delicious things, hiking, snowboarding, and petting every dog in sight.
In new cities, I try to balance my experience between tourist-ey things and local spots. Since I'm a swing dancer, I usually also check out any local dance scenes.
Trying to learn more about meditation, improve my cooking skills, and find ways to practice Spanish more often. (It's gotten rusty since I left Madrid.)
