Howdy! My name is Chelsea but friends call me Chachi and I have a deep love of guacamole, world travel, reading great books, and learning about new people. Some of my best friends and most beautiful experiences have happened while I was traveling abroad, and I feel so lucky to have the ability to explore so many beautiful places in the world. I care deeply about social justice work and I consider myself an activist. I speak Spanish and would love to learn another language soon. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am choosing to couchsurf because I hope to have an incredible experience in Australia that includes making many new friends. I think it will give me an opportunity to meet locals who would have the best tips for places to go and things to see. There is truly something special about the people you meet when you are traveling abroad and it seems to me that couchsurfing attracts kind and generous people who are interested in making a sincere connection with new friends! A few years ago I got into silversmithing! It has been absolutely incredible to learn how to use a blowtorch and make jewelry and it is so fun working with metal. I am also a yoga fanatic, freakish lover of popcorn, and lover of sand volleyball.
