About Me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and meet new people, half the fun of being in a new place is the people you get to meet and share with. Couch surfing seems like a wonderful place to connect with people all around the world, find places to stay, where to eat, entertainment ideas, and make new friends. I have yet to stay anywhere but look forward to when I do. Lots of friends and friends friends crash our couch and spare room so I like the idea of being able to share that with others traveling through. I am a host by nature. I will feed you, show you around, and treat you like family.

I am currently living at my father's house in preparation for traveling to south east asia. I would LOVE to host someone but unfortunately I cannot do so here at his place. In the future I will absolutely be hosting surfers. Sorry that I cannot return the favor at the moment.

Music, Movies, and Books

Nahko and Medcine for the people, Grateful dead, Michael Franti, Wookiefoot, SOJA, Twiddle, Greens Bluegrass, Tauk, just to name a few. Basically try to be open to all kinds of music genres. Anything postive, dancable, and funky I love. Live music is something I have loved whole heartedly since I was 13. I am a big music buff. Movies I can enjoy but I'm not a super movie buff or anything. I love to read a variety of books but these days haven't been reading as much as I should be. Music music music music give me the music!!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled around the world when i was 10 yrs old. Ive been to China, Isreal, Jordan, Japan, Mexico, and over half of the US. Traveled on an amazing trip with my grandfather, uncle, 2 cousins, 2 school teachers, and others, to the first 4 cou tries listed. My dad owned an ultralight aircraft business called Buckeye Powered Parachutes and we were able to do a business/educational trip in 1999 when I was 10 years old. This sparked my love of travel and my desire to keep traveling the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I cook, make tie dye art, hike a lot, know some bird and plant id, wild edibles a little bit, and I like adventure so I can push you!

Interested in learning all kinds of stuff. More about nature, plant and animal id, cooking, arts and crafts, knowledge, survival and primitive skills, really just like to trade ideas and skills of all kinds.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking, dancing, good stories, good conversation, good house guests. My boyfriend has a wealth of knowledge as well. Crafting, painting, construction, handyman, personal ideas, and outdoor skills. We r both pretty open people and know how to respect other people's privacy and personal ideas/beliefs.
