Overview
About Me
Laid back, open minded, open to any and all experiences, love sharing experiences with others, can adapt to pretty much anything, down for just about anything, passionate about permaculture, creative expression, languages and life in general.
I lead my life constantly in pursuit of personal growth. I believe there is something to be learned in EVERY situation, therefore, no experience is inherently negative. I'm constantly looking inward and evaluating myself, seeing how I can become more open and loving to the world at large.
Currently van-lifing in the southwest. Pedicabbing for Austin City Limits.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Life has shown me that some of the most powerful and important forces that affect you are your relationships with other people. I desire to befriend people of many backgrounds and cultures and see where it takes us, how our minds open, our perspectives shift, and our lives change however subtley or not :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Current book obsessions:
The Spell of the Sensuous by David Abrams
The Righteous Mind: Why Good People are Divided by Politics and Religion by Jonathan Haidt
The Mirror of Yoga by Richard Freeman
Nature and the Human Soul by Bill Plotkin
I start and stop, then restart again so many books all the time, I'm never reading just one. I love books that teach me about different aspects of life, from science to spirituality to culture, if I can learn from it I'd probably be into it.
Some all time music favorites:
The Roots
Pretty Lights
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Tv on the Radio
Ratatat
The Fratellis
Stoop Kids
Sublime
Deca
Modest Mouse
Chet Faker
Santogold
I can appreciate just about all genres of music
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I walked from Chicago to DC in 2 months with the Great March for Climate Action. We walked 15 to 25 miles a day, sleeping in a church or camping out in a new town each night. Joining this group was the first time I really followed my intuition and it changed my life massively.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love learning in any capacity, any hobbies or interests held by a host would surely interest me as well! I love creative expression in any medium and am always fascinated by hearing why an artist does what they do.
Me encantaría practicar mi Español contigo, necessito mucho mas práctica. Poco a poco estoy mejorando! Puedo ayudarte con Ingles por supuesto!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I enjoy talking and learning from others so a chance to have some mind-altering/perspective shifting conversations would be great! I could also help cook a meal or dessert.
I also recently completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and would love to offer instruction through postures, flows, breathwork and meditation! Tambien, puedo ensañar yoga en Español, y otra vez, necessito practicar!
I can also give you a great stretch, my last job was as a 'stretch coach' and I love sharing this knowledge.
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, England, Panama, Scotland
