Hey I’m Chels, a bubbly 21 year old wanting to explore the world. I’m currently on a gap year from University taking time to discover myself traveling around Europe till mid October. Well higher education is good to land a job, I feel one must make time for self explanation to land happiness. I love a party as much as the next person but prefer to dedicate my time to the finer things in life like eating beautiful meals, being active and sharing meaningful relationships with those around me.

I’m on Couchsurfing so that I can meet local people and really get immersed in the culture of the places I’m traveling. I think that hotel’s are counter productive because you don’t get a taste for what the culture is really like in a place. There is so much to learn from other’s and I want to take every opportunity to do so.

I’m a lover of all types of music and movies! Disco tracks get me going and movies with an awesome story line. When it comes to books I go for something inspirational, a non fiction is my favourite with lots of wisdom about the world.

I have had an incredibly colourful life so far, I’m full of surprises. But to name just one thing that would have to be never settling for anything mediocre, always striving to be my best self and pushing myself beyond everyones expectations. An example is getting good grades in uni the last two years and having the courage to leave and just book flights to Europe to see where life leads.

I have lots of crafty skill’s up my sleeve. I can teach things like how to sew, how to cook an awesome meal. I’m happy to share stories of all the different music festivals I have gone too. I would love to learn about the country I’m staying in, my hosts way of living and what there happiness consists of. I would love to share meals and experiences.
