I'd truly love to go back to Europe to complete another camino. That's my big goal for right now.

ABOUT ME

I'm an English Literature student with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. I graduated from UAB in 2013. I'm back in my hometown of Birmingham, Alabama after living in Richmond, Va, and Ypsilanti, Mi . I'd be able to show you around or keep you company in the city. I am currently working at a print shop so I work Monday through Friday 8-5. Weekends are best for me so I can get to hang out an explore too!

PHILOSOPHY

I live life to the fullest! I am always excited to try new things and experience as much as possible within the time I have where I am. I can't wait to experience all the different places and people across the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If time permits, I would love to host travelers as well as show travelers around my city. If I am unable to guide surfers, I'd be very happy to help with directions or suggestions.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a few times now, but I still consider myself somewhat new. I'm always grateful and energetic! I have hosted once so I feel like I know how the experience is supposed to work out.
I am very excited to help out or suggest things for travelers around the city while hosting.

Interests

I love to read, drink, and enjoy my local music scene. I like to explore this new urban area and try to get into abandoned buildings or anything I haven't seen in this city yet.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading kind of science fiction-y books. My original favorite is Fahrenheit 451. I also enjoy biographies and non-fiction books. I don't watch television too often, but when I do, I enjoy cartoons and crime shows. I can appreciate all types of music. I especially enjoy pop-punk and 50's style music. They seem to keep me in a great mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to Paris, Madrid, New York, Las Vegas, Porto, Lisboa, and a few other places. I'm hoping to change that with this website!
