PLEASE READ THE ''MY HOME'' SECTION OF MY PROFILE BEFORE WRITING TO ME

Hey surfers! I'm Chelsea and I am an American currently calling Munich, Germany home. After several adventures teaching and studying in the former Soviet Union I decided to join my boyfriend in Munich and try out life in Bavaria. Two and a half years in Munich later and still loving it!

They often call Munich ''Germany's biggest village'', as this big city certainly has a small-town feel. But don't let me blab about Munich too much - come see it for yourself!

Interests

Traveling is what I live and breath for, but besides that, you can find me curled up with a good book, drinking a good cup of coffee or tea, learning languages, singing in a band, biking, going to the gym, going out with my friends, and just enjoying life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving through the woods in Belarus to illegally cross into Russia.

Getting stopped and questioned for an hour by Azeri soldiers for poking around too close to the Russian border.

Taking 25 little Ukrainian schoolchildren on an 18 hour train ride across the country with only 2 other teachers.

Traveling from Ukraine to Tajikistan over land.

Teach, Learn, Share

English is my native language, so I can help you with your English or practice Russian or German with you. My boyfriend speaks the same languages as me plus French and Spanish as well, so we're open to lots of multi-lingual conversations!

I would be very interested to hear your stories from your travels around the world!

We can bake American cookies or banana bread together and I would be happy to learn how to cook or bake something from your home country.
