ABOUT ME

I'm a 22-year-old from the US but am living here in Spain for the year and working as an English conversation assistant in a charter school near Madrid. I studied abroad here last year and though I don't have as much free time to travel now, I still want to make travel and exploring new places a priority. I can be a shy person but I'm trying to make myself be open to every opportunity for a new experience that comes my way!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although I've lived in Madrid for a total of 6 months (counting study abroad), I'm still getting to know the city and would LOVE to meet up with other people who live here, people couch-surfing here, whomever. I live with 4 other people so I don't feel like I can offer a couch, but I can offer my time and conversation for drinks or coffee.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had any yet as I'm completely new to this website! But my mother, who is pretty rad, used Couchsurfing to meet people in Australia when she traveled there two years ago, and she ended up meeting some pretty awesome people.
