ABOUT ME

I just got home from 4 months travelling eastern Europe, it was lovely. living at dads at the moment, so no couch free, but will have a place come January 1st. cant wait to offer up my couch and return the favour. so many people helped me out when i was travelling round, and soon it will be my turn. and for now, if you're in town, i would love to show you around, go for a drink, play in the snow...

I give you couch you give me couch, me casa su casa. no, but really i love meeting people from all over, the locals, to see the real parts of a place, not just the dodgy tourist attractions, and i love playing tour guide.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

just a beginner, plenty of travel experience though. recently i met a very amazing person from berlin. i met up with him there and stayed at his moms house. she is an avid couchsurfer and wasnt sure where i would sleep because she was expecting people from japan and spain. we managed though and i was convinced to join..

Interests

climbing, hiking, roadtrips, food from everywhere, skydiving, snorkelling, film and media, teaching english, music, taking photos, having a laugh, and meeting people from everywhere. i love to really get to know a culture and a place, meet the real people, learn the language. Mostly i just love living life as best i can and enjoying my time now.

Music, Movies, and Books

im reading the sparrow right now, it is brilliant. im always with a book, feel empty if i dont have on. and i love music and finding new and amazing bands from all over. garden state is a great movie. the big lebowski is an all time favorite as well.. many more..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

just one... um, i met the pope and the dali lama on the same day in rome when i first started travelling. i never ever thought anything like that would ever happen to me. now i know that there is endless possibilities in this world and that i am so so lucky.

Teach, Learn, Share

i would love to learn more about photography, i just bought a nice little DSLR, currently trying to teach myself. And i love learning languages, or trying atleast. My friends have told me that im good at teaching english, or helping atleast. I am now working at getting into the film and television industry here. Im into camera work and production mostly, but would like to learn about everything the industry has to offer.
