I don't have a mission, I'm just going with it.

ABOUT ME

I am 21 years old and a student. I am interested on so many things, but my activity of choice is music. I sing. I attempt to play the guitar and piano. I write music. It's the only career I see myself having in the future. I am currently in the midst of joining one, maybe two Columbus based bands...possibly fronting one. Eventually, I hope to just make music and travel. I want to release albums of all kinds, as I love all types of music. I'm neither title nor artist savvy, but I appreciate a good tune when I hear one. I want to have a jazz album, an acoustic, a rock, a punk, a pop, a blue, a an album of covers...as many as I can think of. And I want to travel the world. Nothing is more inspiring to me or my music than the people who make up this planet: whether they are interesting, beautiful, ugly, mean, kind, loving, haters, sad, depressed, hopeful, willing, neglecting, dramatic, dull, void, explosive, talented, talentless, bums, over achievers, liberals, conservatives, Christians, atheists, men, women, heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, tall, short, blonde, brunette, red headed, artistic, athletic, funny, boring, strong, weak, clever, awkward, parents, children, grandparents, thinkers, procrastinators, stoners, alcoholics, cutters, abusers, evil, good, brave, cowardly, honorable, selfless, selfish, vegetarians, vegans, meat-eaters, dog lovers, cat lovers, coffee drinkers, tea drinkers: we all breathe the same air and that's something to write about

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I currently can not offer a couch as I am stuck at my parents for the summer, but I love this idea. I want to travel, I want to meet people and for now even if it is just getting coffee with someone, it is a step in the right direction for humanity. I'd love to stay on a couch and I will absolutely offer my couch once I have one available :)

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love music too much to narrow it down to a few bands. Movies: many are pointless, but some are very clever. I love Johnny Depp in general. Books, I am working on reading more, I am currently reading The Dharma Bums by Jack Kerouac and Into the Wild by Jon Lrakauer

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

My mother. I have never seen someone work so incredibly hard at a life for the people around her and not for herself. She may be on of the most selfless human beings I know. Sure, I hate her sometimes, the way 20 year olds do, but I wouldn't be this person without her. I am so lucky to have someone who gave up everything for me and my siblings. She's a goddess.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I'm still learning and want to keep doing so. The only thing I can possibly teach that I know to be absolutely true after the short 20 years of life I have experience, is that you should never stop having the desire to learn. it doesn't matter what kind of learning, but don't give that up.
