I love to listen, talk, read, cook, eat, drink, laugh, and trying new things! I clearly love to travel, but I also love gardening, hiking, and just being outdoors.

I love all types of music, my current favorite artists include Beirut, Pacific Air, Rhye, Yuna, the Rolling Stones, Bon Iver, and Griz. I don't end up watching a lot of movies, because I generally have a pretty hard time sitting still long enough to finish a whole film, but I really enjoy most Woody Allen movies, especially Annie Hall, and I fell in love with the movie City of God. My favorite books include This is How You Lose Her by Junot Diaz, A Happy Death by Albert Camus, and anything I can get my hands on by Horacio Quiroga, or Sandra Cisneros.

No veo muchas peliculas, porque no puedo quedarme quieta para tanto tiempo, pero me gustan las peliculas de Woody Allen, y tambien me encanta la pelicula "Ciudad de Dios". Mis libros favoritos son Este es como la pierdes, por Junot Diaz, y Un Muerte Feliz, por Albert Camus. Tambien me gusta casi todas las obras de Horacio Quiroga, y Sandra Cisneros.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I worked in a Montessori School for a year, and had the most incredible time experiencing the growth and development of a classroom of 12 toddlers. It was amazing watching them discover the world around them, seeing them go from wobbly infants who babble and can barely hold a spoon to articulate, surefooted children who can eat their entire meal unassisted.

Trabajaba en una escuela de Montessori durante un ano, y tenia una experiencia increible ayudando a los ninos con su crecimiento y desarrollo. Fue asombroso ver como se pueden descubrir algo nuevo en su mundo cada dia, y estar a sus lados mientras crecian desde bebes quienes ni siquiera pueden decir una palabra a ninos quienes pueden hablar en frases completos sin pensarlo.

I can cook and clean, and would love to practice both English and Spanish! I am a tidy, quiet traveler, and would love to spend some time getting to know each other if possible, but am quite comfortable exploring new places on my own.
